**Chapter one**

I- Purpose of the name

The purpose of the name is to clarify the fact that no law can stop us from doing what's right. 

II- Purpose of creating this club

The president of xbox charter decided to create a ps4 charter.

**Chapter two**

I- Prospects rights

A prospect has the right to adress one of the top 4 hierarchies

to make a complaint about anything or anyone, the hierarchies must come up with a solution.

 

II- Prospects communication

Communcation in the club is what keeps everything organized and updated. So prospects must have a mic, speak English and have the application kik.

III-Game Mode

Many people play Free Aim Assisted, on purpose or without them knowing. However, in this MC you must be in Free Aim for FAA (free Aim assisted) brings disgrace upon the club. FAA glitch, is spotted easily beware that no officers catches you with it.

IV- Prospect Training

f a patched member, or an officer feels like a prospect must be undergoing training then no hard feelings but we do what's best for this club and for you, therefore you won't lose yoour dignity to others by losing.

**Chapter three**

I- Prospect Dress Code

Prospects are supposed to be recognized for the fact that they're doing their prospecting period at this time. Therefore, outlaws expects them all to wear brown suede jacket.

II-Prospect Expectations: 

There's not much expectations of prospects, in this club. We try to make everything laid back and fun. However, we expect loyalty out of all members in the club, dedication, creativity, respect and postitve attitude. Must aid a member in need if avaliable. 

III- Weapons 

The weapons that are allowed in this club are Ars, Shotguns (Sawed off) and meeles.

You can use a sniper ONLY if you are sniped at (proof is a must).

IV-Vehicles

Harleys are the only Motorcycles that are allowed to be used in club (i.e Hexer, Daemon, innovations, etc...),  there's a specialised vans for bikers that allowed and pick -up trucks.

**Chapter Four**

I-Attendance 

Attendace and being active is mandatory unless you infrom one of the members  that real life situation had gotten out of hands. Must be active on the game and on the websites.

II-Respect

When the president adresses someone seriously, it is mandatory for the person to respond back as well as everyone else to be quiet. When an officer enforces something then the prospect must listen to what the officer  had brung up.

III- Wars

A prospect cannot shoot at anyone unless shot upon (must provide a proof) or directed by the officers to do so. 

IV-Formaion 

Prospects must ride at the back of the pack during rides with the exception of the tailgunner
